Brooks Manor Farm is nestled on 23 acres located just 40 minutes from downtown Atlanta. It allows for a variety of options for your wedding, reception, or events.

Select one (or more) of our event sites:

  • Our indoor Event Center; 48.5 feet x 42.5 feet; full kitchen; Seats 80 comfortably and 120 standing.

  • Spacious two acres for outdoor events; Easily accommodates 200

  • 12-acre pasture perfect for corporate outings and large events accommodating 800 - 1000

  • Pool area perfect for small, informal parties or gatherings; Accommodates 20 - 50 with the surrounding area.

 

 

Pricing :

  • Non-Weddings ONLY 50 persons or less, Monday-Sunday                 $500

  • Weddings and Events Up to 150 Persons, Sunday - Friday                 $1,900

  • Weddings and Events  Up to 150 Persons, Saturday                              $2,400

  • Weddings and Events  151 + Persons, Sunday - Friday                         $2,600

  • Weddings and Events  151+ Persons, Saturday                                        $3,000

  • Weddings and Events  Additional Day-of Hrs / Rehearsal                    $100 / hour

Small Event Details:

  • Use of one location on the grounds. Event limited to 3 hours plus two hours for setting up and one hour for tear down; Additional Day-of hours available for a fee; Parking attendant and refundable deposit still required​.

Wedding/Large Event Details:

  • For all weddings (any size) and events 51 persons or more:

    • Use of the grounds (choose your locations) on the day of the event or wedding
      from 10 am - 11 pm. This includes set up, tear down and clean up. Tear down and clean up can be done the next morning for a small convenience fee.

    • Bride’s Room / Changing room available for use throughout the day.

    • Brooks Manor Farm requires a day-of Event Coordinator for all weddings; We require a day-of-event coordinator for all other events of 50 people or more.

    • Outdoor amplification is limited to five hours (county ordinance) and must conclude no later than 11 pm.

    • Parking Attendant required for on-site parking.
